Shipping Information
All orders are shipped through FEDEX within 4-7 business days for in-stock items.
(Customers will be advised of any delays if an item is not in stock.)

Sales Taxes
- British Columbia Residents will be charged 6% G.S.T.and 7% P.S.T.
- All other Provinces charged 6% G.S.T. only
- United States orders will have no taxes charged.
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Canada or United States Customs for International deliveries. We are not responsible for any errors made via the shipping company, but will do our best to remedy the situation (i.e. providing tracking numbers etc.)
Return Policy
Due to issues with hygiene for personal use items,
absolutely no refunds for wigs, hair or hair additions can
be made. Items excluded from the personal use label may
however be exchanged for in store credit if all of the
following conditions are met:
i) An exchange request is received by Mohair: A Division of Sierra Hair Restoration Inc. within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Please send all exchange requests to
asesay@mohairextensions.com with your name, order info, and reasons for exchange.
* After careful review, Mohair: A Division of Sierra Hair Restoration Inc. reserves the
right to reject or accept a request prior to receipt, or, upon
receipt and inspection of the product in question.
In addition:
ii) You agree to pay a 15% restocking fee, and any
involved shipping & handling costs.
iii) Item(s) are returned in their original packaging
& condition, within 10 days of the date of invoice.
